This information applies both to the data requested in the mandatory fields of the form and to any data entered freely in the message.

In order to respond correctly to your requests, it is necessary to collect some common personal data, such as:

  • name and surname;
  • email address;
  • any additional personal data you voluntarily provide in the message.

No data belonging to special categories are requested or processed, except where the data subject voluntarily communicates this in the message text.

However, failure to provide essential contact information (e.g., email) will make it impossible to respond to your request.
Consent to data processing is also optional, but failure to provide it will make it impossible to process your request and result in the deletion of your data.
