ORDERS

1. Orders

By placing an order on the website www.kyage.it, the Customer makes an offer to purchase the products according to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Access and purchase are permitted exclusively to natural persons operating for purposes not related to any commercial, entrepreneurial, or professional activities.
If these requirements are not met, the order cannot be completed.

All orders are subject to:

  • product availability;
  • price confirmation;
  • any changes in shipping times.

Deliveries are limited to Italy, unless otherwise indicated, and may be subject to delays attributable to the courier or force majeure. Pasomar Srl cannot be held responsible for such delays.

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years of age.
Once the order has been submitted, the Customer guarantees that:

  • the information provided is true and correct;
  • is authorized to use the credit/debit card used;
  • has sufficient funds to complete the purchase.

The cost of products or services from abroad may be subject to change. All prices are subject to change.

2. Order and Acceptance

After placing an order, the Customer will receive an email confirming receipt, which does not constitute acceptance.
The contract is considered concluded only when the email confirming shipment of the ordered products is sent.

3. Product Warranty and Information

Only Kyage branded products are sold on www.kyage.it, marketed by:

The essential characteristics of the products are described in the relevant product sheets.
Please note:

  • Images and colors may differ from actual ones due to the browser or monitor used;
  • Models, styles, and colors are subject to change without notice;
  • orders from countries not listed in the "Countries for Sale" list cannot be accepted.

All products come with an identification tag, which must not be removed.
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, Pasomar Srl may refuse the return of products without tags, altered products, or products that are damaged in their essential or qualitative characteristics.

4. Price and Availability

Prices are expressed in euros (€), inclusive of applicable taxes and duties, and are subject to change.
The customer must accept the final price before submitting the order.

Shipping costs, if applicable, are clearly indicated before finalizing the order and are included in the total price.

Any other costs, charges, taxes, and indirect duties applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
By accepting these terms and conditions, the Customer acknowledges that ignorance of these costs does not constitute grounds for withdrawal and cannot be attributed to Pasomar Srl.

The Customer is responsible for paying any taxes and duties in their country of residence, releasing Pasomar Srl from any related obligations.

Products available for purchase online include: bags, shoes, small leather goods, luggage, clothing, and other items.
All products are subject to availability, and Pasomar Srl may change the quantities and types available for purchase online.

In the event of errors in the price listed on the website, the Customer will be asked to:

  • confirm the purchase at the correct price, or
  • cancel the order.

5. Personal Data

During the order process, the Customer provides their personal data, which is used to:

  • process the order, 
  • deliver the products,
  • and for other purposes indicated in our privacy policy.

The data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, available on the website.

6. General Terms and Conditions

The contract between the Customer and Pasomar Srl is governed by Italian law.

Failure or delay in exercising any rights under the contract does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

If any clause is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be deemed not to have been included, without affecting the validity of the other conditions.

The rights under the contract belong exclusively to the contracting parties (Customer and Pasomar Srl) and cannot be enforced by third parties.

7. International Shipping

International shipping is available.
The list of countries served can be found in the "List of Countries" section.

Shipping rates vary based on:

  • order value,
  •  destination country, 
  • selected delivery times.

Shipping costs are displayed before completing the order.
Any taxes, fees, or duties applied by the recipient country are the responsibility of the Customer.

The goods become the property of the Customer upon receipt. From that moment the Customer is responsible for the goods, including any damagei or losses.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes; these orders will not be processed.
