1. Right of Withdrawal

Regulated by Articles 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

The customer may return unworn, unused, and undamaged products, with the label and tag intact and the invoice attached.

The maximum return period is 15 days from the delivery date.

Products purchased online cannot be returned to stores.

Delivery costs are non-refundable.

2. Return costs

Italy: Pasomar Srl pays for shipments via a COURIER APPOINTED BY US; otherwise, the customer is responsible (non-refundable).

Outside Italy: always the customer is responsible and non-refundable.

We recommend using an insured courier, as Pasomar is not responsible for products lost, stolen, or damaged during return shipping.

3. Conditions for Accepting Returns

The label and tag must remain intact.

Products must be in the same condition in which they were received.

If the conditions are not met, the product will be returned to the customer.

4. Returns Procedure

Complete the request in the CONTACTS section of the website.

Prepare the products for shipping according to the instructions.

Pasomar verifies the conformity of the products.

If accepted, the customer receives confirmation by email.

5. Refund

Activated within 30 days of confirmation of the return and acceptance of the products.

Made via bank transfer.

The beneficiary's IBAN code must be provided.

The refund will always be made to the person who made the payment, even if the products are not intended for a different recipient.

6. Identification Tag

This is an integral part of the product.

Try the product without removing it.

Products without the tag will not be accepted for return.
