NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION NOTICE
Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)
Pasomar Srl, with registered office at Via Sicilia, 10 – 64011 Alba Adriatica (TE) and operational headquarters at Via Mattia Preti, 6 – 64018 Tortoreto (TE), VAT No. IT01982910679, as Data Controller, provides this notice regarding the processing of personal data of users who request to subscribe to the company newsletter.
1. Data Subjects
Users who, through the website or other digital channels, request to subscribe to the newsletter service.
2. Types of data processed
Data provided directly by the user
Identification and contact data provided voluntarily via the registration form (e.g., first name, last name, email address) are processed, as well as any preferences or areas of interest.
Providing such data implies consent to its use for sending the newsletter.
Summary information may be available on the website pages dedicated to requested services.
3. Purpose of processing
The personal data collected will be processed for the following purposes:
- Sending the newsletter, based on the user's specific request.
- Marketing and commercial communications by the Data Controller, using automated tools (email, SMS) and traditional tools (telephone calls via operator), subject to the data subject's voluntary consent.
The data subject may object to processing for marketing purposes at any time by sending a communication to: info@pasomar.it.
Failure to consent to marketing will not affect the use of the newsletter service.
4. Nature of the provision
Providing data is optional, but necessary for providing the newsletter service.
Failure to provide it will make it impossible to send the requested communications.
5. Legal basis for processing
The legal basis is the data subject's consent, expressed by selecting the appropriate boxes on the online form.
6. Method of processing
Processing is carried out using IT and electronic means and, when necessary, on paper, by expressly authorized and trained persons.
The data is stored using appropriate technical and organizational measures to guarantee its security, integrity, and confidentiality, in compliance with applicable regulations.
7. Retention Periods
Newsletter subscription data is retained until the data subject withdraws consent or requests to unsubscribe.
Data processed for marketing purposes is retained for a maximum of 24 months from the last contact with the Data Controller, unless a contractual relationship is established or the data subject objects.
8. Communication and Dissemination of Data
The data will not be disclosed, sold, or exchanged with third parties without express consent, except for disclosure to:
- authorized third parties committed to confidentiality;
- data processors appointed pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR (e.g., IT companies, hosting providers, web agencies, email marketing services);
- competent authorities, within the terms established by law.
The updated list of data processors is available upon request.
The data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area, within the limits and in accordance with the guarantees described in the following section.
9. Data Transfer to Third Countries
Data may be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area, such as the United States of America, based on:
- adequacy decisions of the European Commission, or
- the signing of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) adopted by the European Commission.
The Data Controller will adopt appropriate measures to ensure an adequate level of protection.

10. Rights of the data subject
The data subject may exercise the rights provided for in Articles 15–22 of the GDPR at any time, including:
access to their personal data;
rectification, updating, or integration;
erasure ("right to be forgotten") or restriction of processing;
data portability;
objection to processing for legitimate reasons;
withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing;
Submitting a complaint to the Italian Data Protection Authority.
